Espressive Partners With Microsoft

By Pat Calhoun • November 8, 2021

We had some exciting news announced during the Microsoft Ignite Conference last week: Espressive Barista now integrates with Microsoft Viva Connections. With this integration, Barista will be able to provide immediate, autonomous employee self-help – in 9 languages and across 14 enterprise departments – through Viva Connections, one of four modules that make up the Viva employee experience platform. For organizations that use Viva Connections or plan to, Barista is the perfect fit to provide employees one place to go for personalized self-help

I am very excited to announce this partnership, especially since Barista is already able to integrate with Office 365 applications, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. This latest integration with Viva Connections, available January 2022, will continue to extend the availability of Barista across Microsoft collaboration platforms.

In addition, just last week we announced our integration with Webex by Cisco making Espressive Barista the most accessible virtual support agent in the industry.

That being said, delivering third party integrations like with Viva Connections is only part of what you can do with Barista. Espressive’s open platform approach also enables customers to extend Barista’s reach to any RestAPI enabled third-party system to deliver end-to-end automation workflows. The Integration Designer, found in the Barista Control Center™, makes it easy for Espressive partners and customers to build integrations, which can then be made available via the Barista Integration Marketplace.

We’re just getting started. Stay tuned for more partner integrations to come.
